Project 2011

The project basically seeks to provide an avenue whereby students from UPNG can interact with each other through discussion forums,chats, exchange of data information in their field of study and many more features that will assist the students in their studies.It is in its initial stages, and is likely to be launched at the end of the year.

The project is an initiative of The Whiz Kid a final year computer science student and John Duffy a final year law student at the University of Papua New Guinea.

John Duffy's World: Website Building

Website Building

The internet is an avenue where a person can make money,however it does not come that easy. Alot of hardwork has to be put into making it successful to make money for you. There are several things that you would have to master before you can really consider marketing your website to make money.First you need to know the basic in writing tags, this are intructions that are given to the browser on how your site is to be structured. For example;

The above basically tells the browser that it is an html page and the tags or the elements state the heading of the site. Once you have mastered html then you have to master C.S.S,it is the tool that you use to tell the browser how the structure of the site is going to look like.

Note: There are programmes such as adobe dreamweaver and many others that one can use, however it is better to know the basics as it will help you greatly in you using the website building programmes.

Steps:

Go to google and type download bit torrent
Download Bit Torrent
Run the setup of Bit Torrent
Open your browser and type download ebook html and css basic tutorial priatebay torrent in the search bar of Google.
Open the site which shows what your looking for,(make sure it is priatebay) then download the torrent on the ebook.
Bit torrent will basically take over the download for you.
When it is finished,open the folder where it is located and read through it.You are now ready to start doing exercises on html and css.

Website building,what is required?

Building a website is quite easy when you have mastered hyper text markup language (html) and cascading style sheets (css). There are lot of sites that offer freebie tutorials on how to write tags using html and editing the structure of your site using css. Hence , it is with this that after I have prepared notes on this I will posting for you my valued followers to see.
